Ordered in late June. Paid, no confirmation - nothing. Patiently waited for a month for my cable after ordering one from their website. Tried to find how to connect to the company by the phone - nobody answers no calls. Emailed them - July 24th - they apologised for the delay and promised to ship by the next week. Then it’s Aug 26 today - no communication - NOTHING AT ALL. Now trying to get a refund. If you are a professional in audio - never order anything from here.

If you value your time and money, I strongly advise you to never deal with ProAudio LA. They'll take your money, you'll wait months for your order, and they'll ignore your emails. I've worked with ProAudio LA three times. Already on the first order I ran into a two-week delay on cable delivery, which caused real problems for my project. I reached out by email several times since nobody was communicating with me about the reason for the delay. I did eventually receive my cables that time. In mid-May I ordered 12 custom XLR cables. Their website states a 6-8 week lead time for production and delivery. In July I emailed them twice and got the same promises each time: "by the end of this week or early next week." August arrived. More than 12 weeks had passed since the order. I decided to stop listening to their promises and demanded a refund. The seller ignored my email. I'm now forced to file a chargeback through my bank - with no product to show for it. ProAudio LA is a company that has zero respect for your time or your money.

Buyer beware! They will take your money and you will wait and be disappointed! This is not the company you want to order from if you expect your cables within the delivery time frames they show online or if your project is on a deadline. Read the other reviews! I wish I had prior to my purchase. I ordered from Pro Audio LA because their website advertised a 4–6 week fulfillment timeframe. It's now been 10 weeks, and I still have no shipping notification or indication that my order is on its way. The communication has been just as disappointing. Calls weren't answered, emails and text messages went unanswered until I repeatedly followed up, and I only received updates after chasing them for information. The most surprising part? Their reply accidentally included an internal email discussing whether they should just cancel my order or rush it saying they would "reach out to Aja." Delays can happen. Poor communication and failing to meet your own advertised fulfillment timeline are another matter. Based on my experience, if you are on a deadline for a project or expect your order within their stated delivery timeframe, take your business elsewhere.

I got scammed by this company - ordered a pair of Gelenec monitors from their website which showed it was in stock. Weeks later it never arrived, and when I emailed them a person named Rokas responded saying they were actually out of stock and were shipping straight from Finland so that it would take time. Fast forward 3 months, still nothing. At this point they stopped responding to my emails completely and when I call the business the voicemail says they only do customer service via email. I finally reached out to Gelenec directly - that’s when I found out the order had been shipped and delivered to Pro Audio within the first few weeks of me placing the order. Had to dispute my credit card charge. This place cannot be trusted.

Amazing experience at Los Angeles Music Studio! The team is incredibly professional, welcoming, and truly passionate about music.
